  1. The following instructions describe how to pair a Beats Pill XL with a Samsung Galaxy S4. First turn on the Beats Pill XL by holding the power button, then press and hold the 'b' button for three seconds until the 'b' blinks. This indicates that the Beats Pill 2 is in pairing mode and ready to connect to the Samsung Galaxy S4.
  2. From the home screen on the phone press the Apps icon found on the bottom right of the screen then scroll across to the the gear icon labelled Settings.
  3. Under the connections tab make sure that the Bluetooth switch is turned on.
  4. Tap Bluetooth and select Beats Pill XL from the list of Available devices to pair with the Samsung. Afterwards the Beats Pill XL will appear in the list of Paired devices with the words 'Connected to phone audio'.
